I wanted to try this drink ever since I read about it in an article 2 years ago. And it did not disappoint. Its refreshing, subtle fruity, earthy, woody taste is just perfect brighten up your day.
Disclaimer Hindi po ako expert, I’ve tried to make my own cocktail maybe twice before. I just read and watch videos on how to. Lahat naman yata nasa internet na, you just need to search. Yung Amaro Nonino mahirap hanapin. I guess I just got lucky at nakita ko sya sa Landers but it is not cheap. You can buy another bottle of Bourbon same price ng Amaro. With that said, you might be having second thoughts in making this drink at home. Pero all I can say is: it is worth it. You can even make some for your friends after this pandemic is over. Wel,l kung may natira pa, hehe. Simple lang gawin itong Paper Plane. Ingredients and procedure below.
Paper Plane Ingredients:
- 3/4 ounce bourbon
- 3/4 ounce Aperol
- 3/4 ounce Amaro Nonino Quintessentia
- 3/4 ounce lemon juice, freshly squeezed
Steps
- Add all the ingredients together in a shaker with half full of ice and stir for 15 seconds.
- Strain into a glass with ice.
- Enjoy
I really enjoyed drinking this. Kita nyo naman sa picture, I almost emptied the bottles bago ko pa nai-share sa inyo.
